Core Requirements
1. Social Media Presence
• Minimum follower count (e.g. 500–10,000 depending on platform – more local followers the better)
• High engagement rate (likes/comments vs. follower count)
• Active on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook
2. Content Quality
• Clean, well-lit photos and videos
• Aesthetic that aligns with your brand (e.g. modern, beachy, wellness, etc.)
• Willingness to create before/after tan photos, reels, or tan-with-me content
3. Location
• Must live in or regularly travel to the area your salon serves
• Able to visit the salon at least twice per month (or more depending on your goals)
4. Professionalism & Reputation
• Positive local reputation (no recent drama or controversy)
• Polite, reliable, responsive to DMs and emails
• Aligns with your brand values (e.g. body positivity, wellness, etc.)
