This transition allows us to bring our customers even more benefits, expanded products and services, and an enhanced tanning experience backed by a nationally recognized brand. While our name is changing, our commitment to providing exceptional service remains the same. We’re excited to continue serving our communities with the familiar faces you know and love, along with new opportunities to help you look and feel your best!
Appleton East, Appleton West, Bellevue, De Pere, Green Bay West, Howard & Oshkosh. The Milwaukee, Sturgeon Bay & Wauwatosa lcoations will remain SunSeekers.
Nope, all locations will remain open during this change!

Memberships
Your membership will remain the same! The only change you might see are more services and equipment available.
Nope! We will just have you update your contract in store but you won’t need to start over since everything will automatically transfer over.
With 250+ locations Sun Tan City does centralized billing on all accounts on the same day.
You can cancel in store, online, over the phone or in the app!
No! You might even gain some additional services not previously offered but, you will not lose anything.
Packages
These will transfer over to Sun Tan City as long as they are active. This includes UV, Spray Tan, Red Light & Sauna Sessions.
Bonus Bucks will transfer over as upgrade packs that can be used as long as your active.
Expirations will remain the same as when purchased.
Gift cards will still be accepted. Customer service will have to first be contact to redeem in store.
Customer Accounts
All of your current information on file will transfer over so you don’t have to make a new profile.
We will have you sign a new release form as well as a minor consent for if you are under 18 – your parent will need to be present in store to sign this form.
As long you purchases were made within Appleton, Green Bay area & Oshkosh your information will transfer. Any purchases made at other SunSeekers location will not transfer.
We will have you sign a new agreement during your first visit as Sun Tan City to verify all your information.
Store Experience
Hours will remain the same unless there is a holiday or seasonal change.
Same smiles in store, just a new name on the door and some fun new features 🙂
We still want to see you smiling face the front counter but, you will now have access to check the app for current wait times and put yourself in line for a bed! We will also have scanners available for your app id if you have a hard to spell last name we can never get right!
Yep! With 250+ locations nationwide you have even more access now!
You won’t see any closures right away for renovations but there is the possibility in the future as we upgrade our stores.

Sun Tan City App
Don’t worry about that yet! We recommend waiting until after the conversion on November 9th to avoid double accounts but then we can also help you with any questions you may have.

You will be able to view your account, update your membership billing, purchase membership & packages, cancel memberships and even see all current promotions and even check wait times at locations.
Tanning & Equipment
Yes, we will only continue to upgrade more equipment.
The levels will be staying the same, just going by a different name.
You will still be able to upgrade your sessions and membership at anytime!
Level 1 = Fast, Level 2 = Faster, Levels 3-4 = Fastest, Levels 5-7 = Instant.
Spray Tanning
You’ll still have walk-in access to the VersaPro with additional spray options like double legs and no face spray.
Sessions will actually be $5 cheaper per spray with more addon options. With joining Sun Tan City our purchasing power allows you to save on solution purchases bring your price down!
Any sessions that are active on your SunSeekers account will automatically transfer to Sun Tan City.
We will no longer be offering appointment based custom airbrush spray tanning.
Products
We will no longer be carrying Devoted Creations tanning lotions but now will have a wider selections of brands in store. You will continue to see more products from Designer Skin, JWOWW, Australian Gold, Hemp Nation, Swedish Beauty and more coming to stores.
Yes! We can help you find a lotion equivalent to any previous purchase or find you something completely new.
We will still have a strict policy on which lotions are allowed in our stores that could be damaging to your acrylics.
Pricing & Promotions
We will offer new memberships and yearly packages. But, if you already have these on your account they will automatically trasnfer with the option to upgrade to a new membership offer.
On the day of conversion, November 9th, you will be able to start purchasing any promo Sun Tan City is offering online of in the app.
You! You will see a roll out of new promotions including specialty deals for the conversion.

Locations Remaining SunSeekers - Milwaukee, Sturgeon Bay & Wauwatosa
Your membership will follow the location/group where it is currently active and held. You can stop in store or give us a call to confirm where your purchases are held. If your active membership was purchased through one of the locations transitioning to Sun Tan City, it will transfer as part of the conversion.
If your active membership was purchased through Milwaukee, Sturgeon Bay or Wauwatosa, it will remain with SunSeekers — even if you currently do most or all your tanning at one of our locations that is becoming Sun Tan City.
No. If your active membership was purchased through Milwaukee, Sturgeon Bay or Wauwatosa and remains a SunSeekers membership, it will stay with SunSeekers. Simply tanning at a location that is transitioning to Sun Tan City does not automatically transfer your membership.
Your membership will transfer to Sun Tan City. Using the Milwaukee, Sturgeon Bay or Wauwatosa location does not change where your membership is held.
Packages, sessions, memberships and other eligible account items will remain with the business/location group where they were purchased. Items purchased through Milwaukee, Sturgeon Bay & Wauwatosa will remain with SunSeekers, while items purchased through a location transitioning to Sun Tan City will transfer with that location to Sun Tan City.
No. Milwaukee, Sturgeon Bay and Wauwatosa will continue operating as SunSeekers and will not be Sun Tan City locations. Sun Tan City memberships and benefits will not automatically provide access to these SunSeekers locations.
Items purchased through Milwaukee, Sturgeon Bay or Wauwatosa will remain with SunSeekers, while eligible items purchased through transitioning locations will move to Sun Tan City. If you’re unsure what you have or where it will be available after the transition, please speak with a team member so we can review your account with you.
Milwaukee, Sturgeon Bay & Wauwatosa will continue operating as SunSeekers. We look forward to continuing to serve our SunSeekers customers at these three locations.
